A practical point for UK patients: book flights and accommodation that you can change if needed. Suitability and final volume are confirmed only at the in-person assessment, and your return date depends on the physician’s advice at discharge.

Time zone
Turkey is on UTC+3 all year, so the difference from UK time changes when the clocks change in the UK.
You book and pay for your own flights and hotel. The clinic does not include accommodation or transfers, so allow for the journey between your hotel and the clinic when planning the day of your consultation.

Consultation, procedure and how long to stay
Consultations for international patients are coordinated in English. The in-person assessment covers examination, baseline circumference measurement, medical history, medication, previous penile procedures and circumcision status. The final volume is confirmed here and can be revised down, and the physician may advise against treatment if expectations cannot be met.
The procedure takes about 30–45 minutes under local anaesthesia, with no general anaesthesia or sedation, and you go home the same day with a light dressing, written aftercare and a direct contact number. The procedure description explains how the gel is placed.
How long to stay in Istanbul depends on the clinic’s protocol, your package and whether follow-up is planned. The patient coordination team advises on this for your case; there is no fixed number that applies to everyone. Flying home
The clinic protocol does not set a fixed day count for flying. The physician gives personalised advice at discharge, and that advice, rather than a general rule, should decide your return flight. If your ticket is inflexible, raise this with the coordination team before you book.
Keep your written aftercare instructions and the direct contact number in your hand luggage, not your hold bag, so you have them during the journey.
International patients
Aftercare once you are back in the UK
Routine aftercare is with the treating clinic. Once home, you contact the clinic directly using the number given at discharge, and questions can be sent by WhatsApp. A follow-up control is included in the 15 cc and 20 cc packages and is arranged by the clinic.
If you need medical care in the UK for any reason, tell any doctor who treats you, whether your GP, NHS 111 or an emergency department, that you have had hyaluronic acid filler in the penis, and bring your aftercare paperwork if you can. The risks and safety guide lists warning signs.
Seek urgent medical care if you develop severe or increasing pain, skin colour change, spreading redness, fever or difficulty passing urine after treatment, and contact the clinic as well.

Travel insurance
Standard travel insurance often excludes elective medical procedures and their complications.
Read your policy wording, and ask your insurer directly if it is unclear. Do not assume you are covered because you are travelling for a planned treatment.
Paying in GBP
Payment is in cash. Pounds sterling are accepted, as are euros and US dollars.
Package prices are quoted in euros. No deposit is required, and the package is settled once the final volume is confirmed at assessment.
