What penile filler is
Hyaluronic acid penile filler is a cross-linked gel placed in the loose tissue layer beneath the skin of the shaft to add circumference. It does not lengthen the erect penis and it is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction. It is temporary, and it can usually be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if there is a problem.

Why patients travel to Istanbul
Men considering treatment abroad tend to weigh up practical factors: price compared with clinics at home, access to a specialist, privacy away from their home town, and whether assessment and treatment can be completed in a single short visit. Istanbul is also a well-connected city — from London, for example, the flight is about four hours, and the city has two airports, Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW).
None of these reasons replaces the need to check the individual clinic carefully. Standards differ between providers in every country, and the questions below apply to any clinic you are considering, including this one.

What to check when choosing a clinic in Turkey
Product and traceability
Ask which brand and product will be used, and whether you will be given the product details for your records. Any doctor who treats you later will want to know.
Hyaluronic acid or a permanent material
Confirm that the product is hyaluronic acid. Permanent materials such as PMMA, silicone or paraffin cannot be dissolved, and their complications are often treated surgically.
Aftercare access and pricing
Ask how you contact the clinic after you fly home, what follow-up is included, and exactly what the price covers — including how corrections, top-ups or dissolution are charged.

About 30–45 minutes under local anaesthesia; the gel contains lidocaine. No general anaesthesia or sedation.

Before you travel, the patient coordination team handles enquiries in English and can answer practical questions. Suitability is decided by the physician in person: the clinic may advise against treatment when expectations cannot be met or when the concern appears body-dysmorphic in character.
Most men return to normal daily activities the same day. Swelling makes the penis look larger at first and begins to settle over the first week; the clinic recommends approximately 7–10 days of sexual abstinence, and the final contour develops over the following weeks. Realistic expectations and safety
Published studies most often report a mean flaccid girth gain of around 2–2.5 cm. The clinic reports approximately +4 cm, +6 cm and +8 cm from 10, 15 and 20 cc; those are clinic-reported figures from its own caseload, not guaranteed, and above the published means. Both are compared on the penile filler results page. Individual results vary, and the result is gradually resorbed over time.
Complications that need correction are not rare. In a 324-patient audit, migration towards the foreskin occurred in 7.7% of men, asymmetry in 6.1%, lumps in 4.6% and infection in 1.5%, all managed without serious adverse events. The package includes the filler, the treatment, local anaesthesia, treatment planning with the operating physician, and written aftercare with direct contact details. It does not include flights, accommodation, transfers within Istanbul, additional filler or other procedures. Payment is cash in EUR, USD or GBP, and no deposit is required.

- Flying home: there is no fixed day count in the clinic’s protocol; the physician gives personalised advice at discharge. Discuss your return date with the coordination team before booking.
- Insurance: standard travel insurance often excludes elective medical procedures and their complications. Check your policy.
- Aftercare at home: keep the clinic’s direct contact number, and tell any doctor who treats you that you have had hyaluronic acid filler.

Is penile filler in Turkey safe?
The risks depend on the product, the injector and the aftercare rather than the country. Hyaluronic acid can usually be dissolved; permanent materials cannot. Check who injects and which product is used before choosing any clinic.
How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?
The procedure takes 30–45 minutes and discharge is the same day. When you can fly home is advised individually by the physician, so discuss timings with the coordination team before booking.
Do I need to speak Turkish?

What happens if I have a problem after I get home?
