Many men want to see before-and-after photographs before deciding on penile filler. This page explains why none are published here, how you can see clinical photography privately, and how a real change in girth should be measured.

Why photographs are not published
Consent
Consent to clinical photography for a medical record is not the same as consent to public display, and consent given today may be regretted later. Private viewing respects that distinction.
Accuracy
Public galleries tend to show the most striking results, often at unknown times after treatment and under different conditions. They can mislead more than they inform.
For these reasons there are no penile images anywhere on this site, and no written case descriptions standing in for them. If a page appears to show you a “typical” result, it is worth asking how typical it really is.

Seeing clinical photography privately
Clinical photography is shared privately on request during consultation. Ask the patient coordination team or the physician if you would like to see examples; they are shown in a medical context, where the physician can explain what you are looking at, how long after treatment each image was taken and what volume was used.

Consent statement. Any clinical photograph shown to you is shown only with the consent of the patient concerned, for the purpose of your consultation. It must not be copied, recorded or shared. Photographs of you taken for your medical record are handled in the same way and are never used publicly.

How change should be measured

Baseline
Circumference is measured at the assessment, before any treatment, at defined points along the shaft.

Same conditions
Later measurements use the same points, the same state (for example flaccid) and the same method, so the numbers can be compared.

Right timing
The follow-up measurement is taken once swelling has settled, not in the first days, when volume looks larger than the final result.
Baseline circumference measurement is part of every assessment at the clinic. Measuring at defined points matters because the shaft is not the same width along its length; measuring in the same state matters because flaccid and erect circumference differ considerably — a large nomogram study found a mean of 9.31 cm flaccid and 11.66 cm erect. A comparison that mixes states or points can show a “gain” that is not real.
Timing matters most of all. In the first 24 hours swelling makes the penis look larger than the settled result, and the final contour develops over the following weeks. Measurements or photographs taken too early overstate the outcome. Questions to ask any clinic that shows photographs
Before-and-after photographs can be useful when you know their context. Whichever clinic you are considering, in Istanbul or elsewhere, ask:
- How long after treatment was the “after” photograph taken? Was swelling still present?
- What volume was used, and what product?
- Were both photographs taken in the same state, from the same angle, distance and lighting?
- Were circumference measurements taken at the same points, and what were they?
- Is this result typical, or one of the best? What does a less successful result look like?
- Did the patient give explicit consent for the photograph to be shown to others?
- Were any corrections, top-ups or dissolutions needed to reach this result?

Results
Volumes offered and individual variation
The clinic offers Teosyal Ultra Deep in three volumes: 10, 15 and 20 ml. The final volume is confirmed by the physician at the in-person assessment and can be revised down. The clinic reports approximately +4 cm, +6 cm and +8 cm of circumference respectively; these are the clinic’s own caseload figures, not guaranteed, and they sit above published means such as the 2.5 cm mean flaccid gain reported in a 324-man audit (conference abstract).
Individual results vary. The same volume produces different results in different men, depending on shaft length, starting girth, tissue laxity and foreskin anatomy.
