Studies of hyaluronic acid penile girth enhancement most often describe a mean flaccid girth increase of around 2 to 2.5 cm; in one 324-patient audit with a mean volume of 15 mL, individual results ranged from 1.5 cm to 4 cm. Your own result depends on baseline circumference, anatomy, filler distribution, volume and physician assessment, and we do not guarantee any figure.

Hyaluronic acid is gradually broken down by the body, so the result is temporary. The same property is what allows it to be dissolved if needed, and it means a top-up can be planned at a later visit if you want one.

No. Penile filler increases circumference only. The gel sits in the dartos layer beneath the skin, outside the erectile bodies, so it does not alter their structure or suspension and does not lengthen the erect penis.

Hyaluronic acid filler can usually be broken down with an injection of a dissolving enzyme where this is medically appropriate.

That reversibility is a real advantage of hyaluronic acid over permanent materials, but it is not absolute. Sometimes more than one session is needed.
