This is an inference from general filler science, not a result from penile trials. Claims about how one product in particular performs in the penis cannot be made from the evidence.
The gel is placed in the dartos layer, outside Buck fascia, and the inner penile structures and urethra are not entered. It can usually be dissolved if there is a lump, asymmetry or an unwanted result, which is one of the main practical differences from permanent materials.
