Who runs the site: Fill in Istanbul is the penile filler programme and website of Hardrock Clinic in Istanbul, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zulfu Sertkaya. References to “the clinic”, “we” or “us” mean Hardrock Clinic, Istanbul, Turkey.
Information only: The content is general patient information. It is not medical advice, it does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for an individual consultation. See the medical disclaimer.
Suitability: Whether treatment is appropriate, and in what volume, is decided only by the treating physician after an in-person assessment. The clinic may decline to treat.
Prices: Prices shown are package prices for treatment at the clinic in Istanbul and may change. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you in writing before treatment. Travel, accommodation and other items listed as not included are your responsibility.
Results: No particular measurement, appearance or duration of result is promised. Clinic-reported figures describe the clinic’s own caseload and are not guaranteed; individual results vary.
Enquiries: Sending an enquiry does not commit you to treatment and does not reserve a date until the coordination team confirms one. Please do not send clinical photographs, passport scans or payment details through the website form.
