Your result depends on your anatomy, baseline circumference, filler distribution, treatment volume and physician assessment.
- Off-label use
- Teosyal Ultra Deep, the filler used by the clinic, is approved for facial indications. Its use in the penis is off-label, meaning it is used outside the indications listed by the manufacturer, on the responsibility of the treating physician. This is discussed at consultation.
- Risks
- Penile filler carries risks, including swelling, bruising, lumps, asymmetry, migration, infection and, rarely, vascular complications. These are described in the risks and safety guide.
- Evidence
- The published evidence on penile filler is limited and much of it is of low quality. Where a source is a conference abstract rather than a full journal article, it is identified as such.
- Photographs
- This site publishes no patient before-and-after photographs. Photographs on the site show the physician and the clinic premises.
Urgent care
If you need urgent medical help
In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from the clinic.
After penile filler, seek urgent care for severe or increasing pain, skin that turns pale, dusky, blue or black, rapidly spreading redness or swelling, fever, or difficulty passing urine. Then contact the clinic on the number you were given at discharge, and tell any doctor who treats you that you have had hyaluronic acid filler.
