Training, board certification and academic rank
Dr. Sertkaya qualified in medicine at Gazi University in 2008 and completed urology specialty training at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2014. He passed the European Association of Urology board examinations in 2017, earning the FEBU title, and was awarded the academic rank of Associate Professor of Urology in 2020.
His practice has been concentrated in andrology since specialisation, and he founded the Hardrock Clinic male health and aesthetics centre in Istanbul in 2022. His clinical focus spans penile aesthetics, penile implant surgery and men’s health. He is the author of peer-reviewed urology research, and he personally performs and medically reviews the treatment described on this site.
He leads Fill in Istanbul, Hardrock Clinic’s penile filler programme, and personally performs the treatment described on this site. Consultations for international patients are coordinated in English by the clinic’s patient coordination team.
