Treat the volume on your quotation as provisional. Dr. Sertkaya confirms it at the in-person assessment and can revise it downwards if that is the honest recommendation.
Why quotes differ
The main factor. Each package is priced by the volume of filler used (10, 15 or 20 cc), because the gel itself is the largest part of the cost.
All three packages use the same CE-marked hyaluronic acid gel. Prices quoted elsewhere for “penile filler” may involve a different product or a permanent material, so compare like with like.
The packages cover girth enhancement of the penile shaft. Any additional filler beyond the agreed package volume is quoted separately.

Flights, accommodation and transfers within Istanbul. Any additional filler beyond the agreed package volume, and any procedure other than penile girth enhancement, are quoted separately.
