Most patients who travel for this treatment have never seen the place they are travelling to. So here are our premises in Istanbul: the building, the desk you arrive at, where you wait and where you are assessed.

Come and see it in person

A consultation is an appointment in these rooms with Dr. Sertkaya, not a sales meeting. Ask to see the treatment room before you agree to anything.

What these photographs do not show

Two things are missing from the set above, and both are left out on purpose.

No patients, and no results

We publish no patient photographs anywhere on this site, and no before-and-after images. Consent to clinical photography is consent to a clinical record, not to public circulation, and a photograph chosen by the clinic says little about your own result: angle, lighting, temperature and swelling all change it. Cases can be shown privately at consultation on request. What we publish instead is the measurement, the method used to take it, and the published range.

No theatre or treatment-room shots

The procedure is performed in a treatment room under local anaesthesia, and photographing it would mean photographing a patient. If you ask at your consultation, we will show you the room in person before you commit to anything.

Getting there and what to expect

Where: Private urology and andrology practice in Istanbul, Turkey. The building sits at street level with taxis and public transport at the door. Once a date is agreed, our coordination team sends the exact address and directions.
On arrival: You check in at the reception desk and wait in the lounge shown above. We see one patient at a time, behind a closed door.
Who you see: The assessment and the treatment are carried out by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zulfu Sertkaya, urologist and andrologist.
Language: Consultations for international patients are coordinated in English.
Discretion: Enquiries are handled by the patient coordination team, and we do not discuss the reason for your visit in the reception area.
