This website
What the site itself collects
Short answer
This site serves static pages. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, embeds no tracking pixels, and builds no visitor profile. The only information that reaches the clinic is what you type into the enquiry form or send by WhatsApp.
- Enquiry form
- The fields you complete are transmitted to the clinic’s form inbox on Netlify, the hosting provider for this site, and forwarded to the patient coordination team.
- Purpose
- To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange an assessment. Enquiry details are not sold, and are not used for advertising.
- Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and are visible to the coordination team.
- Fonts
- Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving the font files.
- Server logs
- The host records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
- Retention
- Enquiries are kept while your question is open and for the clinic’s record of patient correspondence, then deleted on request.

Your requests
You can ask what the clinic holds about your enquiry, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the coordination team on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form.
